I'm looking for a vegetarian Chinese cookery course. Any suggestions?

I don't know of one specifically but maybe get in contact with Alexis Kriel, who does those great Indian courses (alexis@alexiskriel.co.za) and see if she has a suggestion. She's been doing her cooking courses for a long time so I think she may be able to refer you to someone good. Good luck!
