Not fashion sandwiches - real, yummy, fresh, proper sushi. Where to?

Willowby's in Hyde Park always has fresh fish - good basic sushi.

Visited Tsunami in the Rosebank mall for a second time yesterday and the sushi really is good there, made fresh. Their spring rolls are to be avoided though - greasy and with a very nasty-tasting un-spicy red sauce.
The Sakura restaurant on the corner of 7th Str and 3rd Ave Melville is so-so, twice we had an OK experience, last week we went early and ordered a platter just as the chef scooted out of the place. The waiter hung around waiting for a while and then decided to compose the platter with dishes from the kaiten belt instead, and these were bland and soggy after having done plenty of laps around the restaurant.
