Expired visa
I came to SA on a student visa in 2004. My visa expired at the beginning of 2008 and I have continued living here. I have fallen in love with South Africa and would like to stay here and open my own martial arts school.
Does anybody know what the best way is of going about getting a new visa? I'm afraid to go to home affairs, but their website isn't much help.

I always tell people about Lucas Khiba - he's a permit expediter in Johannesburg on 072 353 4664. Worked at Home Affairs for years so he knows the ins and outs of the place. But he doesn't do email. There are many permit expediters out there, though. Just make sure the people you are dealing with have certification...
